Nichole Hatcher is deeply involved in civic and community organizations outside of her law practice. She is a member of the Durham Chapter of The Links, Inc., and of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. Both organizations promote leadership and community development. She also maintains ties to her sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., through which she participates in various charitable and mentorship initiatives. Ms. Hatcher serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ronald McDonald House of Durham, NC, helping support families with seriously ill children. In the past, she has volunteered her time with Habitat for Humanity and The Arc of Baltimore, contributing to projects that provide housing and support for those in need.
